Well, I will admit, there are thousands of ideas of who Santa is and his origin. I might lead many folks, young and old to question whether he is a living jolly of elf or saint or whatever. I once preached a sermon on the similarities of Santa and Jesus and my congregation didn't quite know what to make of it. To this day I guess the only thing I can say about the jolly fellow is that if he does not exist, I would have to use my imagination to invent him. Some wise sage once said the same thing about God.
